Pete Williams is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and marketer from Melbourne Australia. At the young age of 21, he sold the Melbourne Cricket Ground (Australia’s version of the Yankee Stadium) for under $500. Since then, he’s made the pages of numerous media publications and has been referred to as “Australia’s Richard Branson.”

What’s Hot - Project Management tools - HiTask & Google Docs
HiTask is a free online service that allows you to assign particular tasks to members of your business team. Think of it as a todo list with attitude. It is also very easy to use. First, you add each team member to the account. Then you add a new task and simply select who is responsible for completing it (you can even assign tasks to yourself). They, in turn, will receive an email notifying them of the new task. Then, when they have completed it, they tick it off in HiTask and you are immediately sent an email letting you know that it is finished. There are also free apps for the iPhone and Android phones available so that you and your team can keep on top of things even when you are on the go.
Google Docs is another free, online tool that you can use with a team. It is essentially an office suite of software on the web. There is a word processor and a spreadsheet. You can create documents online and give team members permission to access and edit them. This can come in handy when several people need to collaborate on a project.
