Ruby Membership (Level 1) Business Resources and Advertising Package
1) What's included in the Ruby Membership?
The Ruby Package includes:
- Full access to the online business resource centre
- Free advertisement on our highly ranked website
- Free listing in the online business directory
- Free profile in our online networking community with access to forums and other members
- Free promotion of your events and workshops
- Submission of articles and content for the online business resource centre (upon approval)
2) What should I expect to gain from being a Ruby Member? This level of membership is all about providing you with business educational resources and tools to help you grow and market your business. The content is delivered in simple and accessible formats and in bite sized chunks so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. It is also our aim to present it in simple terminologies without jargon and the presumption of prior knowledge. It’s also financially viable for small business owners who might be struggling but still need to invest in their education.
3) Help! I'm a techniphobe! Will I find it difficult? That’s a good question and in fact it’s the basis for why we started the membership in the first place. We understand that it takes time to learn the technical aspects of business and sometimes it can appear a little intimidating leaving you feeling like a fool. It’s our aim to help you to be confident in your learning and feel safe enough to ask for help even if you think it’s a stupid question.
4) How will my business be promoted? There are various ways we assist you with promoting your business. One of the benefits is a free advertisement on our website valued at $497 for the year. This advertisement will appear as a random item on four of our top ranking pages. What this means is that it will not be a static advertisement on one page. It will move around the website therefore giving you more exposure and a broader range of people who'll view it. You will also have what's called a 'backlink' to your website. This is a clickable link on your advertisement that goes directly to your website. This will work highly in your favour with Google because we are a highly ranked site. Therefore it will help with your own Google ranking.
5) How does the directory work? The only people who are allowed to promote their business in the online business directory are paying members. However, anyone who views our website can see it. This means your business has a greater chance of being viewed by more visitors. And considering we have almost 3000 business owners on our website and many more who visit, that potentially gives you a lot of exposure. It also means another backlink to your website. Remember... Google will look favourably on that.
6) Where can I promote my workshops and events? We have an online networking community built into our website. It's kind of like a facebook or social media portal. It allows you to build your own mini webpage or profile page within our website PLUS you can add photos, videos, articles and more. AND interact with the other members. If you have any special events or workshops, you simply list them here and once they are approved they can be viewed by all the members of our community and other people who visit.
7) You mentioned that we can submit content for the resource centre. What type or articles are you looking for? We are looking for articles on any business related topic. Please do not send articles that are more of a sales letter as they will not be accepted. We want content that will be informative and educational for the other members. However, if you are in the health, fitness or general wellbeing industries, you can present articles that will assist people in these areas as that also supports them in their business. Just make sure that you make it link up somehow and relevant to business. eg An article on good posture when sitting at your computer desk will assist your business because you won't be in pain. Or an article on maintaing a good diet will keep your brain active longer. You get the picture?
Sapphire Membership (Level 2) Business Networking Events Package
1) What's included in this package? This package gives you full access to any networking event you'd like to attend that is hosted by The Red Tent Woman. As a bonus, we will also give you full access to all of the Ruby Membership benefits.
2) What if there are no events in my area? We'd like the opportunity to come and host one there. If you would like, once you become a member you can open up your home and one of our leaders will come and host an event for you. OR when you're ready, you might like to consider applying to become a Red Tent Leader and host events yourself (Application process)
3) Do I need to bring anything along to the events? Yes. Because the events are free and we like to eat, we ask that you bring a plate of food to share. We have a food ideas list that will assist you with ideas and ensure we don't end up with a table full of quiches! The members have said many a time that the food we share is outstanding. If you would like to drink some wine, you are welcome to bring that as well.
4) What if I can't get to an event every month? Do I get a discount? No. Think about it. It's only another $20 extra per month from level 1 membership. What networking event can you attend for that small amount of money? If you attend one event every two months, you're still way ahead in value. What we suggest is that you plan your networking calendar ahead of time to ensure you have an event to attend.
5) How do I book myself in? You will need to call or email the leader directly. Do not just rock up to an event. You need to book yourself in as there are limited places.
6) Can I attend an event first before I decide to join? Of cause you may. Simply let the leader know it's your first time and she'll let you attend as her guest.
Diamond Membership (Level 3) Business Coaching Package
1) What's included in the Diamond Membership? The Diamond Membership is for those who are serious about building and growing your business. It's not for the lighthearted. These two monthly coaching webinars will be jam packed full on business education and training.
Here's what you'll receive:
- Full access to two x one hour business coaching webinars each month with multi award winning business coach Ludwina Dautovic.
- Full access to the downloads of these webinars after they have been completed. They will be emailed to you directly.
- PLUS full access to all of level 1 and 2 memberships
2) What if I don't have access to business networking events in my area? Do I get a discount on the membership? That's a great question and the answer is no. The webinars on their own are valued at $497 a month. To have access to them for the small amount of $97 a month is the best value you will get for this kind of highly skilled coaching. However, if you do want events in your area and you are willing to open up your home for the first one, then one of our leadership team will host one to get the ball rolling. From then on you will have free access to the events as well.
3) How do I access these webinars? They will be delivered via a webinar service. You will need a computer, a headset and a quiet room. Full instructions will be given to you on how to access the webinar so don't worry about it. We will make it as simple and step by step as we can to give you the best experience possible.
4) What topics will you be covering in the webinars? Each month will have a different theme. eg - social media, online marketing, offline marketing, business systems and so on. They will be based on the 10 areas of business we focus on in the Online Business Resource Centre that you will have full access to with this membership (Level 1).
5) What if I miss a webinar? Not to worry. We will email you the link to the recording afterwards so you won't miss a thing. However, try and attend as many live ones as you can because they will be very interactive. You will get to ask questions throughout and meet other business people online.
General FAQ'S
1) How is my membership payment processed? Each month your credit card will be charged the monthly fee you signed up for unless and until you tell us otherwise.
2) Am I tied up in a contract when I sign up to the membership? No. It's a month by month agreement. However, you cannot pick the months you want to be a member. But, you can cancel at anytime. Should you cancel and then wish to rejoin at a later date, there may be a rejoin fee to consider.
3) What if I want to cancel my membership? Easy peasy... All you have to do is either call the office on 1300 799 491 and/or send an email requesting your cancellation to admin@theredtentwoman.com.au . You will be contacted with confirmation of your cancellation. If you do decide to cancel your membership we would like to know your reasons to assist us in improving the membership ongoing.
4) Are there any bonuses for paying a year in advance? Yes there are. If you would like this option then please call the office. The bonus offer changes from time to time but is definately worth while asking about.
5) Do you have an affiliate program with the membership? No we don't. If we did, the membership would cost you more. We decided that we would rather keep the membership affordable and trust that you will still refer us to your friends because of the great value and service.
