Staying Motivated
1) Find the good reasons for your motivation: a material reward, a personal gain, a feeling of accomplishment, a step closer to your bigger goal.
2) Make it fun! How can you enjoy this task? What can you do to make this task fun for yourself and possibly for others? How can you make this work the best part of your day?
3) Take a different approach. You may be doing everything correctly and most efficiently, but such an approach isn't necessarily the most motivating one. Quite often you can find a number of obvious tweaks to your current approach which will both change your experience and open up new possibilities.
